André Schumacher

André Schumacher (born 1974 in Rostock) studied Architecture in Potsdam, later Fine Arts, Design, Sculpture and Philosophy at the Edinburgh College of Arts. After three years of working as an architect in Germany and Spain he quit his job, gave up his home and started on an unusual bike trip from Patagonia to Alaska.

Since then he works as a freelance website designer and photographer. In 2006 he founded the Net Beauty Institute as a network of independent media experts. André Schumacher works and lives in Berlin, Santa Cruz de Tenerife and Buenos Aires.
